复方夏天无治疗膝关节炎疗效观察

Compound "Xia Tianwu" in Treatment of Osteoarthritis of Knee Joint

目的:比较复方夏天无与布洛芬对膝关节骨关节炎的疗效。方法:治疗组20例用复方夏天无治疗,对照组15例用布洛芬治疗。对两组治疗前、治疗6周后的患膝疼痛程度、关节肿胀度、下肢日常活动能力及医、患双方对病情的评价等5项指标进行评价。结果:治疗6周后两组症状均有减轻(P<0.01)。结论:复方夏天无对膝关节骨关节炎有较好而稳定的疗效。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Compound ＂Xia Tianwu＂ in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods：The test grope（20 cases）were treated by Compound ＂Xia Tianwu＂ ,while the control group（15 cases）by ibuprofen .Function was evaluated by the patient＇ s lower limb ability of daily life respectively before and 6 weeks after treatment,and involved knee pain was assessed subjectively with a numerical pain scale at the same time.Results：The clinical symptoms in both groups were improved significantly after treatment（P〉0.01）.Conclusion： Compound ＂Xia Tianwu＂ has preferable clinical curative effect in the knee osteoarthritis.
