摘要
研究了经超声波照射处理,再用D—酒石酸及溴化钠修饰的8种Raney镍催化剂的制备并对2,4—成二酮及1,3—二苯基—1,3—丙二酮进行了催化氢化反应。实验表明,催化氢化活性较好,不对称诱导能力明显提高,光学收率分别为35%~91%和20%~82%。并讨论了不同Raney催化剂的制备方法对立体选择性的影响。
A variety of ultrasonicated Raney nickel catalysts modified with D-tartaric acid and sodium bromide have been prepared and then are applied to enantioselectively hydrogenate such β-diketones as 2, 4-pentanedione and 1, 3-diphenyl-1, 3-propanedione. In these hydrogenation reactions, the optical yields of (2S, 4S)-2, 4-pentanediol and (1R, 3R )-1, 3-diphenyl-1, 3-propanediol are obtained about 35% ~ 91% and 20% ~ 82% respectively. The influence of various preparative methods of catalysts on enantioselectivity is discussed.
