中药外敷利臌胀患者腹水的研究

Research of External Application of Chinese Medicine Treating Ascites in Patients with Tympanites

目的:为了减轻臌胀病人出现的腹水及尿少等症状,减轻病人痛苦,提高病人舒适度和生命质量,延长病人生命。方法:按照患者入院的时间,随机分为两组,治疗组用中药外敷配合红外线照射方法进行护理,对照组单纯用红外线照射的方法进行护理。结果:治疗组与对照组利水效果比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:通过研究,可以肯定中药外敷在鼓胀病利腹水的护理中具有独到之处,方法简单易学,效果有目共睹,对病人无损害和毒副作用,可以推广使用。

Objective ： To reduce the scanty urine ascites symptoms of the tympanites patients and the suffering of patients and improve patient comfort and quality of life, extend the patient＇s life. Method： In accordance with the time registered in hospital,the patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group is supposed to apply the external of Chinese medicine with infra-red radiation methods of care, the control group used the infrared radiation of care. Results： Comparing the water effect between the treatment group and control group ,there are significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： On the research of this paper, we can be sure the external application of Chinese medicine in the care of tympanites and ascites patents is unique, and the method is easy to learn, and it is obvious that the effect does the patients no harm and no side effects,and the treatment can promoted extensively.
