手术结合中药熏洗治疗陈旧性肛裂18例

为总结陈旧性肛裂手术治疗的临床经验，提高疗效，减少并发症及复发，一次性手术结合中药熏洗治疗陈旧性肛裂18例，全部治愈。治疗时间12~25天，平均18．4天。随访半年，18例患者无一复发，肛门形态及功能正常。结果表明，该法可松解肛门内括约肌缓解括约肌痉挛，改善肛裂溃疡面的供血不足，促进肛裂的愈合。
