Shallow Puncture and More Twirling Method of Acupuncture in Trigeminal Neuralgia Treatment

目的:观察和对比针刺与西药治疗三叉神经痛的疗效。方法:将患者108例按先后顺序随机法分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组患者采用浅刺多捻法施以针刺;对照组给以西医常规治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈率66.25%,总有效率91.76%;对照组痊愈率45%,总有效率53.49%,两组痊愈率及总有效率差异均存在显著性意义。结论:治疗组疗效优于对照组,并具有起效快,镇痛时间长等特点。

Objective：To investigate and compare the curative effectiveness and efficiency between acupuncture and western medicine treatment for trigeminal neuralgia effect. Methods： 108 cases of patients were randomly divided into the sequence of the treatment group and control group, treated with shallow puncture and more twirling method of acupuncture and conventional Western medicine respectively. Results：In the treatment group, the curative rate reached 66.25% and the control group was of 45%, the total curative rate was 91.76% in the treatment group and 53.49% in the control group. There are significant differences in the curative effect between the two groups. Conclusion： The curative effect of the treatment group is more satisfactory than the control group.And the curative effect of shallow puncture and more twirling method of acupuncture are obtained more quickly. The analgesia time of these acupuncture method is long.
