摘要
在pH5.0~6.5条件下,汞(Ⅱ)与硫代米酮生成紫红色配合物,用732型强酸性阳离子树脂交换吸附进行树脂相分光光度法测定痕量汞(Ⅱ)。结果表明,有色配合物树脂相的最大吸收波长为590nm,汞(Ⅱ)含量在0~08mg·L-1范围内符合Beer定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.26×105L·mol-1·cm-1.用于黄河水中痕量汞(Ⅱ)的测定,相对标准偏差小于3.2%,加标回收率为95%~102%
A resin-phase spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace mercury (Ⅱ ) based on formation of the purpkish red complex with thio--michler's ketone under the condition of pH 5. 0 ~ 6. 5 is described. The maximum absorption wavelength is at 590 um, the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 4. 26 × 105 L· mol-1· cm-- 1. The Beer's law is obeyed for the concentration of mercury(Ⅱ ) in the range of 0 ~ 0. 8 mg· L- 1. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace mercury(Ⅱ ) in Huanghe River samples. The recoveries are from 95 % to 102 % and the relative standard deviation is less than 3. 2 %.
