The paper briefly introduces the mechanism for strengthening the soft soil foundation with high pressure rotary - cup pile of deep layer, the methods abopted by design, the construction technology, the points for attention along with the detection after building pile completely. Example for Wanhuanxilu soft soil foundation treating shows present strengthening methods are successful, which could offer experiences for similar engineering.
