摘要
从农村公路现状、管养体制和资金来源现状等分析了目前公路管养面临的问题,提出了解决农村公路管养难题的新思路。
From present situations of rural highway, systems of the highway management and maintenance as well as source of funds, the paper puts forward a new train of thought to settle difficult problems in management and maintenance of rural highway.
