介绍了一个集检测、控制及管理等功能于一体,应用于磨矿过程的控制系统。讨论了系统的组成结构、硬件配置、主要控制方法以及监控管理。实际运行结果表明,该系统检测参数全面、配置新颖、技术先进、质量可靠、操作方便,提高了企业的经济效益。
The control system applied in grinding process is introduced, which provides the functions of measuring, controlling and managing. The structure of the system, hardware configuration, major control method and monitoring management are discussed. The result of operation indicates that the control system offers comprehensive measured parameters, original system configuration, advanced technology, reliable quality and convenient operation ,thus improving the economic benefits of enterprise.
