摘要
对传统EGSB反应器进行优化改进,在内部增设了圆台形导流板,并对其内壁进行粗糙化处理。研究表明,粗糙内壁上附着的生物膜,充分利用了反应器的有限空间,增加了反应器内部的生物量;圆台形导流板对颗粒污泥的较快形成具有积极的作用,在二者的共同作用下,反应器的启动时间大大缩短。
Traditional EGSB Reactor was improved by fixed new type guide vane in the reactor and roughened the inner part of reactor in this experiment. The results of the experiments indicated that the biofilm on the coarse wall can both well make use of the limited space of reactor and increased biomass: under the function of guide vane, granular sludge appeared earlier. Because of their comprehensive effects, the start-up of reactor was shortened markedly.
