摘要 我国是世界上严重缺乏淡水的国家之一,而工业用水占总用水量的80%左右。化肥生产企业总是给人留下高耗能、重污染的印象,化肥厂排放的造气废水中的剧毒物质,严重污染环境,是氮肥工业主要污染源之一。而合成氨造气工段的冷却水在使用时不断循环和浓缩,水中的矿物质含量也会不断增加,从而引起设备管道结垢、腐蚀。污垢的存在不但会影响传热效率,还会产生垢下腐蚀等问题,继而影响工艺生产。大氮肥厂循环水用量大,为了节约水资源,就要加强水重复利用程度,既而就能提高经济效益和环境效果。 China is one of the country which is short of fresh water gravely in the world, and industry used water takes up 80%. Chemical fertilizer manufacturing enterprises are high energy consumed and heavy pollution. The poisonous matter produced by waste water in making gas, being polluted environment gravely, is one of the pollution sources in the nitrogen fertilizer industry. The cold circled water in synthetic ammonia made gas is concentrated ceaselessly, and mineral substance in the water is increased ceaselessly, thereby the equipment pipeline is being corrupted and calcified, not only affected the heat conduct, but also produced the corrosion, and the product process will be impacted. To save the water in the big nitrogen fertilizer factory, should be improved utilization of the circled water, and get high economic benefits and improved the environment, so we studied the circulation water treatment and the process of using the polypropylene Acid Amides to treat circled water.
