In this device are designed multifunction (as many as49 function) display and devices of highly precise (1 % when it works normally, and 1/10 000when the meter is rectfied ) invalid '0' black -- out, complete black -- out if it is not operated for4 minutes, and of starting hard ware when there is program breakdown. according to the test ofample machine, the device are reliable and effective.
