摘要
介绍了14位高性能模数转换器AD6655的性能特点和内部结构,重点介绍了AD6655中的数字下变频模块(DDC)的功能应用及性能分析。阐述了基于AD6655的数字直放站系统的设计。给出了基于带通采样模型的移动通信系统的数字直放站的信号采集系统,测试结果表明,系统设计EVM值达到指标要求。
The paper introduced the features,and structure of AD6655 which was 14-bit analog-to-digital converter,and specially introduced the function and capability analysis of digital down converter（DDC） integrated in AD6655.The design of a digital repeater based on AD6655 was provided.The scheme based on IF-sampling was employed to fit for different digital repeaters in mobile communication system. The test showed that the EVM could satisfy all requirements.
