摘要
E2PROM保存大量的工作数据,是彩电系统的核心器件。分析E2PROMAT24CXX数据丢失以及物理损坏原因,提出E2PROM在彩电产品设计与应用中的软、硬件的改善方法,进而保证产品的可靠性。
E^2pROM is a core part of CTV system,which can store a great deal of data.The reason which E^2pROM AT24CXX lost data and physics damaged in CTV system is analyzed.The improvement method of hardware and soft design and application of E^2PROM AT24CXX in CTV product is provided in this paper.So this can assure the reliability of CTV product.
