摘要
针对某采石场由于开采初期大块率高、根底多而导致总成本偏高的原因进行了分析研究,提出了以改善爆破效果为中心的技术措施。根据孔底空腔爆破的作用机理,结合微差爆破理论,在该采石场进行了孔底空腔微差爆破的对比试验研究。对比试验为孔底不设空腔和设0.5 m空腔2种,并且对2种方法的爆破效果进行了对比。结果表明,孔底空腔爆破对改善爆破效果、降低炸药单耗起到了明显的作用,从而有效地提高了经济效益。
Based on the analysis and research on the cause of the higher total cost resulted from high blounder yield and frequent rock toes in a certain quarry, a series of technical measures, which takes improving blasting effects as center, are put out. According to the mechanism of base air-decked blasting, combined with millisecond blasting theory, the contrast tests of millisecond blasting for base air-decked were carried out in the quarry. The contrast tests were taken with two means: overdrilled blastholes and 0.5 meter-long air-decked blasting at the bottom of the blastholes, and then their blasting effects were contrasted. The test results indicated that millisecond blasting for air-decked blasting at the bottom of the blastholes has taken an obvious effect for improving blasting effects and reducing explosive unit consumption, and therefore improved economic effect effectively.
