涂层刀具铣削Ti6Al4V刀具寿命及切削参数优化 被引量:15

Research on Tool Life in Ti6Al4V Milling with Coated Carbides and Cutting Parameter Optimization

摘要 对涂层硬质合金刀具高速干铣削Ti6Al4V进行了正交试验,获得了刀具寿命的经验公式,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)分析了刀具的磨损形态和磨损机理,粘结、扩散及氧化是涂层刀具的主要磨损机理。最后,利用等寿命-效率响应曲面法,对刀具铣削Ti6Al4V的切削参数进行了优化。效率不变的情况下,低速大切深可提高刀具寿命。 A series of orthogonal milling tests was carried out in higher speed scale with coated carbides. The experiential function of tool life based on orthogonal experiment was developed. Then, the tool wear morphologies were examined by SEM and EDS, adhesion, diffusion and oxidation were the major wear mechanisms of coated carbides tool. Finally, the cutting parameters of coated carbide in Ti6Al4V dry milling were optimized based on tool life-efficiency contour analysis, the lower cutting speed and lager depth of cut are the better selection.
