摘要
对无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃型预制分支电缆连接体注塑的绝缘材料应用、注塑工艺进行分析,并从设备改造、模具设计、材料开发等要点入手,探讨解决的途径。
The injection molding material and process for the insulation on the connector in the prefabricated branched cables with low smoke HFFR polyolefine insulation were analyzed. A solution was investigated in views equipment transformation, mold design and materials development.
