摘要
文章以合肥某纺织厂的实际印染废水为处理对象,将超声波技术作为生化处理的预处理步骤,提高废水的可生化性,与混凝、厌氧生化处理单元组合,优化出一套印染废水的处理工艺。实验结果表明,CODCr质量浓度为1 000~1 500 mg/L的实际印染废水被稀释2倍,超声1 h的反应条件下,废水的CODB/COD值提高了19.7%,且经过组合工艺混凝沉淀-超声-SBR-混凝沉淀处理,出水水质的CODCr去除率达96%以上。
The paper investigates the efficacy of ultrasonic irradiation as a pre-treatment step for the treatment of the industrial wastewater--the printing and dyeing wastewater of a Hefei printing and dyeing plant. In order to improve the biodegradability of the wastewater and provide an effective and alternative wastewater treatment process, the ultrasound technique is combined with coagulation-floeculation (CF) and SBR. The results show that the rate of CODB/COD is up to 19.7% when the real printing and dyeing wastewater with the initial CODcr concentration of 1 000 ~1 500 mg/L was diluted twice by distilled water and irradiated for an hour. The combined process of US, CF and SBR can increase the CODcr degradation rate up to 96%.
