摘要
详细地介绍了使用普通型挤塑机挤制电力电缆尼龙12(PA12)护套的挤制工艺。根据PA12的性能,设计相应的挤塑模具,设置合理的挤出温度,采取适当的措施,可以挤制出高质量的PA12护套。另外,对生产过程中所遇到的一些问题进行了分析并提出了一些措施和注意事项。
The extruding process of nylon （PAl2） sheath on power cables using the conventional plastic extruding machine was presented in detail. High quality PAl2 sheath can be extruded by design of the extruding dies according to the properties of PAl2, proper setting of extrusion temperature and taking appropriate measures. Besides, some problems arisen from the production were analyzed and the counter-measures and matters needing attention were proposed.
