摘要
本文分析氯化聚乙烯特性和应用,以及与三元乙丙橡胶混炼胶在电缆制造过程中产生气孔的原因,实验证明,过氧化物硫化体系的混炼胶,通过调节配方体系的酸碱度以及采用高温开炼方法,能有效消除电缆绝缘层硫化后的气孔。
The characteristics and application of CPE and the factors responsible for formation of air void during the manufacturing process of the compounding rubber CPE-EPDM were analyzed. Experiments indicated that for the compounding rubber using peroxide curing system, the pH adjustment of the formulation and use of high temperature compounding can effectively eliminate air voids in the insulation after curing.
