摘要
高压扭转法是在变形体高度方向施加压力的同时,通过主动摩擦作用在其横截面上施加一扭矩,促使变形体产生轴向压缩和切向剪切变形的特殊塑性变形工艺。文章介绍了高压扭转法对提高材料的力学性能、超塑性等的贡献以及影响高压扭转法的因素,分析了该法目前存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
The High-Pressure Torsion(HPT) is a special kind of plastic deformation technique which brings pressure in the high direction of the transformed material and puts a torque on its cross section through active friction, and thus makes the transformed material have axial compression and tangen- tial shear transforms. In this paper, the contribution of HPT in enhancement of the mechanical performance and super-plasticity of materials and some interferential elements of HPT are introduced. Some existing problems of HPT are analyzed and its future application is discussed.
