摘要 环氧树脂封装结构的光学系统设计是提高该类LED光学性能、降低试验成本的必经之路。文章基于照明光学系统的非成像特点,利用光学建模和非序列光线追迹方法,对LED封装进行设计与模拟;通过改变光学封装的形状和材料参数,对封装后的LED发光亮度特性进行探讨,并对设计进行了原理性验证;得到了影响LED光学性能的主要封装参数与照明特性的相关变化规律,对LED封装的参数设计具有参考和指导作用。 An excellent design of epoxy resin structure is very important to improve the LED device optical performance and reduce the experiment cost. The designing and simulating of LED packages are completed based on the non-sequence ray tracking theory. Some correlative parameters of the epoxy resin structure and material are changed and analyzed so as to obtain the regularity of the intensity distribution. The simulated results will provide some useful referrence for LED packaging computer-aided design.
