Promote innovation of Government Administration,Construct Harmonious Society

加快和深化行政管理体制改革,大力推进政府管理创新,既是深化改革的重要内容之一,也是提高党和政府执政能力的重要途径,有着非常重要的实践意义。本文拟就政府管理创新的必要性,管理创新的内容(理念、目标、领域、重心、方法、技术的转变)及如何提升政府管理创新能力作以探讨。

accelerating and Deepening the reformation of administration systems, and vigorously promoting the innovation of government management are not only one important contents of deepening reformation, but also important channel of improving the abilities in power of the CPC and the government to build a harmonious society. In the article, the necessities and the contents of the government management innovation （that is the changes of the government management on philosophy, objectives, fields, focus, methods and technology） and how to enhance the innovation capacity of the government management are discussed.
