摘要 处于轨道与道床之间的减振橡胶垫对降低轮轨接触噪声起着重要作用,所以对减振橡胶垫各项性能的研究显得非常重要。介绍橡胶复刚度的模型,根据ISO10846动刚度间接测量国际标准,结合现有测试台架在一定预载力下测试不同温度下各块橡胶垫的动态性能(动刚度和损耗因子)。实验结果表明:橡胶垫的动刚度随频率增大缓慢增长,随温度升高而降低,损耗因子在一定频率范围内(800Hz^2000Hz)小幅升降,相对稳定,随温度升高而升高。 The rubber absorbers between rail and sleeper plays significant role in reducing noise due to the friction between rail and wheel. Therefore it is very important to study the characteristics of the rubber absorbers. This paper began with a brief introduction of the complex stiffness for the rubbers. Then, according to the international standard, ISO10846 for indirect measurement of dynamic stiffness, the dynamic stiffness and loss factors of rubber absorbers were measured at different temperatures and frequencies with some compressive pre-stress applied on them. The testing data showed that the dynamic stiffness of rubber absorbers increases gradually with the increasing of frequency, and decreases with temperature rising. And the loss factor is relatively stable in the frequency range 800 -2000Hz. But it rises with temperature increasing.
