摘要
根据汽车主减速器的结构和传动性能检测要求,分析主减速器在运行过程中产生的各种噪声及其原因,依据噪声辐射与振动的关系,分析该振动信号所携带主减速器运行的各种信息。使用工控机在线对主减速器壳振动信号进行采集,提出一种以LabVIEW技术为基础,采用时域和频域两种分析方法对信号进行处理,通过提取混合特征识别主减速器故障的方法。实验表明该方法的有效性。
Due to the need of detection for the structure and transmission behaviors of automotive final drive, the noise from the automotive final drive and its cause were analyzed and discussed. According to the relation between noise radiation and vibration, the information, coming from the vibration signals of the final drive, was analyzed. The industrial control computer was utilized to collect the vibration signals of the final drive. A fault identification method based on LabVIEW technique was proposed to process the vibration signals both in time domain and frequency domain when the on-line vibration signals were acquired. The method identifies the fault of automotive final drive by extracting the mixing characteristics. The validity of this method was proved by experiment.
