摘要
利用模态试验技术,测试和辨识出外后视镜的动态特性,诊断出在外后视镜支架与车门连接处刚度不足的缺陷,提出改变支架凸台高度的工程方案,提高外后视镜总成的第一阶弯曲振动固有频率。通过道路试验验证,结构改进后显著地改善该车外后视镜的抖动问题。
In this paper, the modal test was applied to measure and identify the dynamic character of external rear-view mirror structure. The imperfection of insufficient stiffness of the connection between the mirror bracket and the door was diagnosed. A strategy of changing the height of the bracket boss to raise the first frequency of bending vibration "was proposed. The road testing proved that the dynamic character of the external rear-view mirror structure is greatly improved.
