摘要
基于脱氮的热力学和动力学理论,分析了马钢LD-LF-VD-CC工艺生产车轮钢过程中可能造成钢水增氮的因素,并在各工序采取了一系列相应的控制措施。对实施控氮措施后各工序钢水氮含量的跟踪调查发现,氮含量得到了有效控制,各工序均在70×10-6以下,中间包平均氮含量约42×10-6。
Based on the denitriding theory of thermodynamics and dynamics,the factors that may increase nitrogen content of liquid wheel steel in LD - LF - VD - CC process in Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. were analyzed and a series of measures have been taken to control nitrogen content correspondingly in each working procedure. Survey showed that the nitrogen content was effectively controlled after those measures were carried out. The nitrogen content in each working procedure is less than 70ppm,and in tundish it is no more than 42ppm or so.
