摘要
连铸实践表明,低过热度的恒温浇注对获得良好的铸坯质量和稳定操作是非常重要的。但是在连铸过程中,中间包存在各种热损失,需要外部热源加以补偿,其中之一是中间包通道式感应加热技术。综述了中间包通道式感应加热技术的设备构成、加热原理、流动特征、夹杂物去除机理及使用效果等。
Low and stable superheat casting is effective to improve strand quality and stabilize operation in continuous casting. In continuous casting process,heat losses in tundish is existed,outside heat sources are required to compensate heat losses. Tundish channel type induction heating technology are summarized, which include equipment construction, heating principle, flow characteristics, remove mechanism of inclusions and use effects etc.
