摘要
目的对小青龙汤的分煎液与合煎液中的有效成分盐酸麻黄碱进行含量比较。方法建立反相高效液相色谱方法,采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(8∶92)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长为207 nm,柱温为25℃。结果小青龙汤合煎液中盐酸麻黄碱的平均含量高于分煎液中盐酸麻黄碱的平均含量。结论小青龙汤分煎液与合煎液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量存在显著性差异。
Objective To compare the contents of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Hejian decoction and Fenjian decoction of Xiao- QingLongTang. Methods An HPLC method was established with an Agilent Zorbax SB - C18 column (5μm, 4.6 mm× 150 mm) and the mobile phase of methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (8 : 92) . The flow rate was 1. 0ml/min and the detection wavelength of 207nm. Results The average content of Ephedrine Hydrochloride of Hejian decoction was higher than that of Fenjian decoction. Conclusion The differentiation of Ephedrine Hydrochloride contents between Hejian decoction and Fenjian decoction of XiaoQingLongTang is obvious.
