高效液相色谱法测定木瓜片中欧前胡素的含量

Determination of Imperatorin in Mugua Tablets by HPLC

目的建立木瓜片中欧前胡素的高效液相色谱（HPLC）含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相为甲醇-水（59：41）；流速1．0ml／min；波长248nm，柱温30％。结果欧前胡素线性范围为5．64～56．4mg（r=0．9994）；平均回收率分别为97．8％（RSD为1．65％）。结论所建定量方法专属性强，重复性好，可为木瓜片的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish the quality standard for Mugua Tablets. Methods The content of Imperatorin was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic column was an Agilent Eelipse XDB C18 （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 mm）, the mobile phase was methanol -water （59： 41 ） , the detection wavelength was 294 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear ranges of imperatorin were with in the range of 5.54 to 56.4mg （ r = 0.999 4）. The average recovery was 97.8% （RSD was 1.65 % ） . Conclusion The HPLC method is exclusive, reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Mugua Tablets.
