摘要
目的建立木瓜片中欧前胡素的高效液相色谱(HPLC)含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(59:41);流速1.0ml/min;波长248nm,柱温30%。结果欧前胡素线性范围为5.64~56.4mg(r=0.9994);平均回收率分别为97.8%(RSD为1.65%)。结论所建定量方法专属性强,重复性好,可为木瓜片的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish the quality standard for Mugua Tablets. Methods The content of Imperatorin was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic column was an Agilent Eelipse XDB C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 mm), the mobile phase was methanol -water (59: 41 ) , the detection wavelength was 294 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear ranges of imperatorin were with in the range of 5.54 to 56.4mg ( r = 0.999 4). The average recovery was 97.8% (RSD was 1.65 % ) . Conclusion The HPLC method is exclusive, reproducible and suitable for the quality control of Mugua Tablets.
