摘要
目的吡罗昔康乳膏的制备及稳定性研究。方法采用正交设计法对处方基质进行优选并进行初步稳定性考察。结果得到最优基质配比:十二烷基硫酸钠为0.5%,硬脂酸为10%,吐温-80为4%,三乙醇胺为1%。结论吡罗昔康乳膏性质稳定,达到了乳膏质量标准的要求。
Objective To study the preparation of piroxicam cream and its stability. Methods The prescription maxtrix was optinived by the meaus of orthogonai olesign and its stability was investigated. Results The optimum maxtrix proportion was obtained as follows, sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) 0.5 %, stearic acid 10%, tween - 80 4 %, triethanolamine 1%. Conclusion The property of picoxicam cream is stable and reaches the standard of the quality requirements.
