HG颗粒对二甲基亚硝胺致肝纤维化大鼠血清ALT,AST,TP,Alb及Glob的影响

摘要 目的研究HG颗粒对二甲基亚硝胺(DMN)致肝纤维化大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)及球蛋白(Glob)的影响。方法80只SD大鼠,除空白对照组10只外,其余大鼠均腹腔注射DMN(2ml/kg)3周建立肝纤维化大鼠模型,存活动物按性别、体重随机分为5组,加上空白对照组,动物共计6组,分别给予药物或蒸馏水。空白对照组:蒸馏水0.1ml/kg;模型对照组:蒸馏水0.1ml/kg;HG颗粒高、中、低3种剂量组:6,3,1.5g生药/kg;复方鳖甲软肝片组:1g/kg,1次/d,灌胃治疗连续4周。观察各组大鼠血清ALT,AST,TP,Alb andGlob。结果模型大鼠血清ALT,AST活性显著增高,Alb含量略为降低,TP含量略升高,Glob含量显著升高。HG颗粒治疗后使ALT和AST活性降低,使TP和Glob含量降低,使Alb含量增加,复方鳖甲软肝片可降低ALT,AST活性,但对TP,Glob,Alb含量无调节作用。综合疗效HG颗粒优于复方鳖甲软肝片。结论HG颗粒能有效治疗DMN所致肝纤维化大鼠。 Objective To explore the effects of HGKL on ALT, AST, TP, Alb and Glob in serum of HF models rats induced by dimethyl subnitroaniline (DMN). Methods Eighty SD rats excluding ten rats in blank control group, the other rats were injected DMN viscerally for three weeks to establish HF model rats. Existing rats were devided in five groups basing on sex and weight. All rats were given drugs or distilled water. Blank control group : distilled water 0.1 ml/kg ; model control group : distilled water 0.1 ml/kg ; HGKL high, middle,low groups : 6,3, 1. 5 g crude drug/kg ; FuFangBieJiaRuanGan tablet group :.1 g/kg. Trended HF rats with drugs through tube feeding once a day for four weeks. The ALT, AST, TP, Alb and Glob in serum were obsened. Results Activities of ALT and AST in serum of model rats were increased markedly as compared with the blank group. Content of TP was increased softly, Alb was decreased softly, and was Glob increased markedly. After the therapy of HGKL, activeties of ALT and AST in HGKL groups decreased, contents of TP and Glob decreased, Alb increased. FFBJRGP decreased activeties of ALT and AST, but had no effects on TP, Glob and Alb. The comprehensive action of HGKL was better than that of FFBJRGP. Conclusion These results suggest that HGKL can effectively treat HF model rats induced by DMN.
