摘要
目的研究夹竹桃叶提取液的抑菌作用。方法采用不同提取方法制备夹竹桃叶提取液,用二倍稀释法确定最低抑菌浓度。结果夹竹桃叶不同提取液对6种供试菌种的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中醇提液的抑菌效果好于水提液和醚提液,且以70%乙醇提取液的抑菌作用效果最佳。结论夹竹桃叶的醇提液具有很好的抑菌效果。
Objective To study the antibacterial activity of leaf crude extracts of Nerium indicum Mill. Methods The leaf crude extracts preparation were employed by water extraction, alcohol extraction, petroleum ether extraction, respectively. The minimal inhibitory concentration was determined by the double dilution method. Results The leaf crude extracts had antibacterial activity to six bacteria ( Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Sarcina lutea) in some extent. The leaf crude extracts lbtaineel by 70% alcohol had the best antibacterial activity in above extract methods. Conclusion The leaf crude extracts obtained by alcohol have a good antibacterial activity.
