五柴颗粒中五味子甲素的小鼠血清药动学研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究五柴颗粒中五味子在小鼠体内药物代谢规律。方法小鼠灌胃给予五柴颗粒2 g/kg,在不同的时间点采血样,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法分析五柴颗粒和血清样品中五味子甲素成分,测定五味子甲素浓度的经时变化,绘制浓度-时间曲线图。结果五柴颗粒中五味子的主要成分是五味子甲素,其平均含量为3.13 mg/g;小鼠给予五柴颗粒后,血清中检测到五味子甲素含量在5,10,20,30 min分别为1.07,1.14,0.59,0.51μg/ml。结论五柴颗粒中五味子可吸收进入体内,其在体内吸收和消除速度均比较快,符合线性动力学规律。 Objective To study pharmacokinetics of schizandrinin in Wuchai Particles in mice. Methods After oral administration of Wuchai Particles(2 g/kg) for the mice , the serum was collected at different time points. The components in the Wuchai Particles and serum were analyzed by HPLC to monitor the changes of the schizandrin in serum so as to draw the curve of concentration connected with time . Results The main component in Wuchai Particles was schizandrin ; after oral administration of Wuchai Particles , the schizandrin in serum of mice was detected . The mean concentration of schizandrinin was 1.07, 1. 14, 0.59,0.51 μg/ml respectively at five , ten, twenty, thirty minutes in serum . Conclusion The schizandrin in Wuchai Particles could be absorbed in mice after oral administration . It could be absorbed and eliminated rapidly . The pharmacokinetics of schizandrin in serum complies with linear kinetic course .
