分光光度法测定蛇足石杉中总黄酮含量

Determination of Total Flavonoid Content in Huperzia serrata by Spectrophotometry

目的建立蛇足石杉中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法以芦丁为对照品，采用分光光度法在510nm处测定蛇足石杉中总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁浓度在8．16～57．12μg/ml范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系，回归方程为A=10．649C＋0．00557，r=0．9982，平均回收率为96．88％，RSD=2．53％。结论该测定方法简便、快速，准确，可作为测定蛇足石杉中总黄酮含量的方法。

Objective To establish a method for determining the content of total flavonoids in Huperzia serrata. Methods Rutin as reference sample, the total flavonoids content in huperzia serrata was determined by speetrophotometry at 510nm. Results The linear relationship of rutin was good from 8.16 to 57.12 mg/ml, A = 10. 649C -0. 005 57 ,r =0. 998 2. The average recovery was 96.88% , RSD% =2.53%. Conclusion This method is simple , rapid and accurate. It can be used for determining the content of total flavonoids in Huperzia serrata.
