牛心朴子草中有效成分的纯化与表征

Purification and Characterization of Active Ingredient from Cynanchum komarovii

目的采用AB-8大孔树脂对牛心朴子草中的有效成分进行提取和分离。方法采用大孔吸附树脂柱层析、硅胶柱层析和重结晶等方法提取牛心朴子草中的有效成分。结果对分离到的化合物采用质谱、红外光谱图、紫外光谱图进行表征,证明为牛心朴子草中的有效成分。结论牛心朴子草中的有效成分可以用AB-8大孔吸附树脂进分离。

Objective To separate active constituents from Cynanchum komarovii with AB - 8 macroporous resin. Methods Active ingredients were separated and purified from Cynanchum komarovii by macroporous resin column chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, rescrystallization. Results Compound separated was identified to be an active constituent in Cynanchum komarovii by means of MS, IR and UV spectral analysis. Conclusion Active constituent in Cynanehum komarovii can be separated with AB -8 maeroporous resin.
