Identifying Plant Originals of Commercial Flos Lonicerae Producing in Sichuan and Chongqing by Scanning Their Plant Leaves with Election Microscope

目的探索一种准确、实用的鉴定川渝商品金银花基原的方法。方法扫描电镜下比较观察川渝商品金银花原植物叶背特征。结果在扫描电镜下川渝6种商品金银花原植物叶背特征存在显著差异,并据此列出了其叶背特征分种检索表。结论为川渝商品金银花基原鉴定提供了科学的参考。

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore an accurate practical approach to identifying the plant origins of the commercial Flos Lonicerae producing in Sichuan province and Chongqing city. Methods The scanning election microscope （SEM） was used to compare the characters of the original plant leaf lower epidermis of the commercial Flos Lonicera. Results The study shows that there are obvious differences between the leaf lower epidermis characters among 6 commercial Flos Lonicera producing in Sichuan province and Chongqing city under SEM ,the key to the plant originals have been compiled according to the characters. Conclusion The results may provide a scientific reference for identifying the plant origins of the commercial Flos Lonicerae.
