According to current issues clinicians have to face with, this article presents several measures on how to enhance the diagnostical capability of clinicians. Further study on classical literatures of Chinese Medicine enables clinicians to improve their mind and provides them a condition of relearning. The ability on treatments of all kinds of difficulties and various illnesses will be enhanced through reaequiring knowledge and the enthusiasm of clinicians will be stimulated by the beneficial from scientific research policies. This article emphasis on the communication between theoretical researchers and clinicians which is reciprocal and will leads to a double wins finally.
