摘要
通过在C/C复合材料内部引入难熔金属化合物,制备出一种超高温抗氧化C/C复合材料。采用高频等离子体风洞对材料进行了超高温氧化试验。结果表明超高温抗氧化C/C复合材料的抗氧化性能较纯C/C复合材料有明显提高,通过其表面形貌及断口面扫描电镜分析,难熔金属化合物起到氧化阻挡层和内部涂层作用。
Ultra-high temperature anti-oxidation (UHT- AO) C/C composites loaded additive with different contents were prepared. Tests of high-frequency plasma wind tunnel at ultra-high temperature showed that anti-oxidation property of UHT - AO carbon/carbon composites was greatly enhanced. Through analysis of surface and cross-section morphologies by SEM, it was found that refractory metal compounds has the functions with oxidation-inhibition layer and inner coating as well as inhibited mechanism of UHT - AO carbon/carbon was elementarily put forward.
