摘要
通过邦德球磨功指数实验、磨矿模拟实验、加球尺寸实验及其计算,确定了Φ3.2×3.4m风扫式石英球磨机的规格、电机功率和加球配比等重要参数,实际使用效果良好,为类似球磨机的设计提供了理论依据。
Through the Bunde ball grinding working index experiment, grinding simulation experiment, added bali size experiment and the calculation, the article determines the specification, motor power, added ball proportion and other important parameters for Ф3.2×3.4m air swept quartz ball mill. Except for good practical application effect, it provides the theory basis for similar ball mill.
