摘要
指出传统倒线机磁粉控制方式的不足,对MD330变频器组成的倒线机电气控制系统进行说明,给出系统控制框图,详述变频器参数设定、PLC接口功能和调试时应注意的问题。使用变频器不仅使倒线机实现了恒张力放线,而且使倒线速度提高1倍。
To point out the shortage of magnetic powder control mode of conventional rewinder. The electric control system of rewinder made up of MD330 transducer is explained. The system control diagram is given. The enactment of transducer parameters, functions of PLC interface and the maters needing attention to as debugging are expounded. Using transducer not only makes rewinder realize constant tensile paying off, but also makes wire backing speed rise by double.
