摘要
从拉丝模的冷却不足对润滑、模具寿命及钢丝性能的影响进行了分析,并提出了改进措施:一是模套与模芯之间的过盈量选择要合适;二是在保证足够预紧力的情况下减小模套的厚度;三是要对模具进行强制冷却。
To analyze the effect of absent cooling of wire drawing die on lubrication, die's service life and steel wire property, and improvement measures are put forward: first is suitable surplus quantity selection between die sheath and die core, second is to decrease the thickness of die sheath under condition of guaranteeing full of pre-tensile, the third is to force cooling for wire drawing die.
