摘要 《桥梁缆索用热镀锌钢丝》标准,国际上有欧美和新日铁两种体系,主要对低松弛、扭转试验、疲劳试验、盘条铅淬火(索氏体化)、先镀后拔等指标和工艺有不同的观点。我国国家标准采用欧美体系,与中国的新日铁合资企业发生碰撞,本着"用户的真实需要和生产的实际可能"的原则,经过认真磋商,达到和谐统一。 There are two standard systems of Europe and America and Nippon Steel Corporation about Hot Dipping Galvanized Steel Wire for Bridge Cable standard, which has different viewpoint at such index and process as low relaxation, torsion test, fatigue test, wire rod patenting, wire drawing after galvanizing. China Standard adopts Europe and America standards, which collide with that of joint venture enterprise of Nippon Steel Corporation in China. Basing on the principle of "real need of consumers' and real possibility of production", the harmonious unification is reached by earnest consultation.
