摘要
文章结合某高炉煤气管网的实际运行情况,建立气体流动特性分析模型,并通过双精度Simple算法的PISO模型来求解管道内煤气的压力和流速分布。在建立分析模型的基础上,通过对用气点参数的设定,模拟了用气端发生故障时,在快速关闭阀门过程中管道内的压力和流量变化情况。通过对模拟结果进行分析,得出在故障工况下的应对措施和解决方案。
Combined with blast furnace gas pipeline network practice operation situation, the article establishes gas flow characteristics analysis model and double precision simple algorithm PISO model to solve gas pressure and velocity distrib^ation in pipeline. Through using gas point parameter setting simulates gas pressure and flux change situation under quick closing valve process, when gas terminal goes wrong. In the end, countermeasures and solutions have been put forward by analyzing the simulation results.
