氧气底吹炼铅先进工艺的节能减排效果与分析 被引量:5

摘要 本文通过对实际生产数据的分析计算证实:氧气底吹强化熔炼+鼓风炉还原工艺与烧结+鼓风炉炼铅工艺相比,单位粗铅综合能耗节省37%以上,排放的SO2和烟粉尘等主要污染物分别减少85%~98%。对采用熔池熔炼直接还原液态高铅渣、进一步改进完善氧气底吹炼铅工艺可能达到的节能减排效果进行了估算预测,认为粗铅冶炼的能耗和环保指标将因此达到世界先进水平。 This paper proved the technical advantage of the advanced oxygen bottom-blowing metallurgy based on the actual manufacture data. Compared with the technique of Sintering-Lead Smelting Blast Furnace, the energy consumption per unit bullion lead is reduced by 37 %, the SO2 and smoke emission is reduced by 85 % --98 %. Furthermore, the potential energy saving and pollution control effects of smelting Lead-rich Slag direct deoxidization procedure are estimated, and the possible improvement of the advanced oxygen bottom-blown metallurgy is researched and discussed. Finally it is coneluded that the new techniques will bring our lead bullion metallurgy to the leading level of energy-saving and environmental protection in the world.
