摘要
以三苯基氯甲烷和乙酸酐依次对蔗糖的8个羟基进行选择性保护,考察了反应配比、温度、溶剂对蔗糖保护过程的影响。结果表明:以吡啶替代二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和N-甲基吗啉作为溶剂和缚酸剂的伯羟基醚化反应,选择性为78%,三苯甲醇收率达98%以上,以甲苯为萃取剂和乙酰化反应的溶剂,避免了除杂过程的液固分离和固固分离,反应平稳,催化剂可循环使用,蔗糖全基团保护物(TRISPA)的收率达到75%。
Selective hydroxyl protected reaction of sucrose by trityl chloride and acetic anhydride was investigated. The intluence of solvent, temperature and mole ratio of material on the protected process were discussed. The results show that using pyridine as solvent and removal acid reagent instead of DMF and N-methylmorpholine, the selectivity of 6,1′,6′-ether sucrose is 78% and the yield of tritonal is more than 98%. After extraction with toluene, the catalyst can be recycled and the reaction is stable, the yield of TRISPA is 75 %.
