Preparation and Light Scattering Property of Coatings Containing Polysiloxane Microspheres on PET Film Surface

摘要 将粒径为2-9μm的聚硅氧烷微球作为光散射剂均匀分散于丙烯酸树脂中,涂布于厚度为180μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜表面,挥发溶剂制得光散射薄膜。考察了聚硅氧烷微球的浓度、粒径和涂层的厚度对光散射薄膜的透光率和雾度等光学性能的影响。结果表明:聚硅氧烷微球可以在保持较高透光率的情况下,大幅度地提高光散射薄膜的雾度。当粒径为5μm的聚硅氧烷微球的添加质量百分数为25%、涂层厚度为90μm时,光散射薄膜的透光率为88%,雾度为90%,有效光散射系数可达79%,具有最佳的光散射性能。 The polysiloxane microspheres varied from 2 μm to 9μm as light scattering agents were dispersed in acrylate resin to get a coating solution. Then the coating solution was applied to one surface of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film having a thickness of 180 μm and dried to form a light scattering film. The influence of the concentration and the particle diameter of the light scattering agents, and the thickness of the coating on the optical property of the scattering film were studied. The application of the polysiloxane microspheres as light scattering agents indicated that the microspheres could significantly improve the haze of the scattering film while the film still has good transmittance. When the polysiloxane microsphere with the diameter of 5 μm was added to the coating with the thickness of 90 μm, the mass content of 25%, the haze of film is 88%, the transmittance is 90% and the scattering coefficient is 79%.
