摘要
目的探讨复张性肺水肿(RPE)致急性呼吸衰竭的发病机制、临床特点及救治方法。方法回顾分析10例RPE致急性呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均采取了机械通气为主的综合救治措施,所有患者经上述治疗后症状逐步好转,均成功脱离呼吸机,其中6例病程中并发肺部感染,经抗感染后痊愈,无1例死亡。结论PRE所致急性呼吸衰竭病死率较高,及时采取有效措施,纠正缺氧,有利于改善预后。
Objective To discuss the mechanism, clinical features and treatment of ARF caused by RPE. Methods 10 cases of ARF caused by RPE were reviewed retrospecitively. Results All patients were treated by mechanical ventilation and other comprehensive treatment. None of the10 patients was died. Conclusion ARF caused by RPE has higher mortality, and reasonable comprehensive treatment can improve the prognosis.
