反相高效液相色谱法测定土壤中的十五种多环芳烃 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用超声波提取、梯度洗脱及二极管阵列检测器和荧光检测器联用的反相高效液相色谱法测定土壤中的多环芳烃,方法简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高,能满足土壤中PAHs的检测要求。对15种PAHs,其荧光检测器的检测限介于0.01~50ng/mL之间,RSD介于2.3%~7.9%之间,回收率介于75%~90%之间。 A method was presented for the determination of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soil by RP-HPLC using ultrasonic extraction, gradient elution, the PDA detector and fluorescence detector working in tandem. The proposed method was simple, fast and accurate with high reproducibility and sensitivity, which could meet the PAHs examination request in soil. For the 15 PAHs,the detection limits were 0.01 -50 ng/mL,the RSD were 2.3% - 7.9%, and the recoveries ranged from 75% to 90%.
