摘要
介绍了应用高频红外碳硫仪测定碳化硅中的S含量。探讨了锡粒、纯铁、钨粒作为助熔剂的用量,并以生产用碳化硅经定值作为校准样品校正仪器,本方法的相对标准偏差RSD<1%(n=6)。
The method of determining the S contents in carborundum by the analyzer of High frequency Infrared Carbon-sulphur was described in this paper. The dosage of stannum grain, pure iron and tungsten grain as smelting flux were discussed. and the analyzer was revised by chemical determined carborundum. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 1% (n=6).
